Hi, I'm currently residing in Canada on a work permit. My wife and child are in India. Can I apply for PR while I'm inside Canada and family outside of Canada?
My wife was here in Canada with me one year ago and we both went to India last year and I alone came back to Canada. Our Daughter was born in India that time. I'm currently processing Open work permit for my wife and dependent visa for my child from India. Hoping they would get their visas approved by Dec 2017 and join me in Canada by Jan 2018.
Now I want to know, can I apply for PR at this time while they both are outside Canada? Please let me know if this is possible or I have to wait until they join me in Canada.
