Applying for PR renewal 2016

Hi All,

i need your suggestion for applying for PR renewal 2016.

1) Can i apply PR on my own or shall i apply through immigration services they are charging for $500 per person ?
2)
3)in the PR application form Page 2) Address history inside and out side canada.
i landed in 2011 oct and went backup to home country for my job,travelled out side INDIA on job purpose 2 times . i came back to canada in 2013 and statying here since then and travelled to india for vacation for few months.

do we need to show all the address history which i went on vacation also ?

You can apply yourself and you must mention all addresses, even the vacation ones.
