Applying for PR before reaching full year of experience

Hi!
I received an invitation to apply on August 15th. I have been working in Canada full time since September 2022.
My employer really insisted on me submitting the application as soon as possible and so I submitted my application today, which is two weeks before full 52 weeks.
Has anyone been in a similar situation before and will my experience towards the end of September be still considered?

It will not be. Experience is locked in when you submit.

Well you're two weeks short of actually having a full year of work experience, so yes, very good chance it will be. You needed to wait.

Why did your employer coerced you into submitting the application early?? Something is missing here!

I also received ITA on August 15 and will reach my 1 year of work September 21. I am waiting until the end up September before I submit my PR application just so that I ensure I have the full 1 year work experience.
I really wish you had also waited until you gained the 1 year before you submitted the application. Because you technically do not have 1 year work experience you might lose the points claimed and lose the CEC eligibility.
