I have applied for PR in express entry as single and got ITA. I have listed my spouse as non accompanying though she is in Canada on visitor visa. She wanted to go back to India to take care of some personal commitment and I don't want to apply for her PR for atleast next couple of years so I have listed her non accompanying but due to pandemic she could not go back and still with me in Canada. In profile I need to provide a justification why I am listing my spouse as non accompanying. Can anyone please let me know what answer I need to give and want to confirm that it should not be considered as misrepresentation.
