applying for open work permit

I am currently applying for PR and just submitted my application to buffalo via BCPNP nomination..
I will renew my work permit this july BCPNP will provide a letter to support my work permit renewal. can I apply for an open work permit?

You certainly can do that.

No LMO is required and to support your application for change of conditions to your work permit (it won`t be a renewal) , it`s advised you attach a job offer.

If the OP is being sponsored by a BC company for PNP, s/he will only get a work permit for that company with the PNP letter.

Hi PMM,

In my case my PNP for MB is not being sponsored by the employer named on my work permit. I suppose I am free to look for another employer and apply for a change of conditions with a job offer from the new employer and letter of support from Manitoba PNP.

Please advise.
