We have got PR Cards and got them stamped in April 2010. Suppose if we are not able to move and complete 730 days test for PR Renewal before April 2015. Will we be eligible to apply for fresh PRs. Is it allowed and generally how much time it takes under skilled labour category from India

I agree with steaky.

There is nothing stopping you from applying for PR again if you lose your status.

However no one here can tell you if you will qualify to apply for PR again (the rules change annually) and what the processing times will be.

In short - if you lose your PR status there is certainly a chance you will never get it back.
