What is the reason you want to come to Canada to take the exam? Why can't you take the exam in the same location as your level 1 and level 2 exams? This is what you will need to explain to the officer's satisfaction in your visa application.

The available option to choose from after my country's exam centre was filled up includes Canada and some other countries. So I choose Canada because I feel it's best for me.
