Hello, I have heard some stories of people appealing for a juridical review of their student permit when they got a refusal. Does taking it to court mostly end positively? and how does this procedure go maybe anyone knows it more detailed ?

i just found out it takes 2 years but what happens to your school admission then? if you get and admission for 2023 then do you start the school in 2025 ??
