I had applied under CEC on November 26, 2014, and my file will be returned anytime soon.
I would now like to Apply under EE, but I am not sure how do I go about doing that.
I am currently in a full time contract position and my employer cannot arrange for LMI.
Is there any way that I can still apply and have a chance of getting an invitation?
Any help would be much appreciated...
