Applying for Dependent visa for child(infant)

I am on a closed work permit in Canada and applying for a visitor visa for child(infants) on the new portal.

Can someone clarify the below points?

1. Can I show mention my annual salary as funds available or only available funds in the account?
2. What should I select for "Are you applying on behalf of someone else? " Yes or No (I am applying myself for my child)

Can you please let me know updated on the visa. Did you apply and did you get the approval. Thanks
