All,
I am a naturalized Canadian Citizen and am now residing in India.
We were blessed with a baby and have got the Indian Birth Certificate.
Now I am planning to get the Citizenship for my new born and am unable to find proper instructions for how can one apply/acquire Citizenship certificate for a child born abroad(India in specific) to a Canadian Citizen?

One of the checklist (https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/citizen/cit0014e-2.pdf) found at the guide @ https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/guide-0001-application-citizenship-certificate-adults-minors-proof-citizenship-section-3.html#step1 mentions that I need to provide two pieces of ID of the applicant. But my infant baby doesn't have any Indian passport etc.

Can one of you help/guide me on how to proceed with getting the Certificate of Citizenship for my infant?

I don't think your son is eligible for citizenship unless atleast one parent was born in Canada. You can move to Canada and sponsor your kids but I don't think your kids get Canadian citizenship that way. I may be wrong so double check the information.

Per the instruction guide:
  • "Note: If you’re applying on behalf of a minor who does not have two pieces of identification, or does not have a photo ID, please include an explanation letter with the application. "

A child born abroad to a parent who was born in Canada or had naturalized before their birth are eligible for citizenship by descent.

@Canadiann2020 I am a naturalized citizen even before my son was born, so I think he is eligible for Canadian Citizenship.
