My common-law partner and I are currently in the PR application process (we have an ITA). We currently are living and working in Canada on working holiday visas. These visas expire on April 18th. I am worried if we were to finish and submit next week, that we won't receive our acknowledgement of receipt letter before our current visas expire and therefore we won't be able to apply for the BOWP.
Does anyone know how long it usually takes for the AOR letter to arrive? We are applying online. If it doesn't arrive before our visas expire, is there any way that we can apply for the BOWP even though our visas have expired?
