I'm an international student in Canada. I joined my university from January 2014. I want to bring my husband. He is currently working in Cyprus in a work permit. He can apply in an open work permit. But, we are not sure what kind of documents he needs to submit in the embassy. And, there is no embassy in Cyprus. It's in Israel. I would really appreciate if somebody answer me.
