Hi,

I am working as a H1B visa holder in US for last 3 years but I am on bench for last 4 months so dont have current pay stubs. I am applying for ANIP program and my all documents are ready except current pay stubs. I dont have any pay stub of last 4 months since I am not working in project.

Please let me know Can I apply without current pay stub for AINP Alberta program but all other documents are ready.

Regards

You require pay stubs to apply for AINP.

Why dont you ask your employer to help you out with the payroll with some mutual understanding. (it will cost you money)

Alternative is find a Reddy Consulting to get that done with mutual understanding of running a payroll for you. But transfer of H1 at this time is risky.

99% Sure you wont get the transfer, with all the unemployment here they simple don't want more people here

You MUST have a valid H1B (and pay stubs) when applying and at the moment of final decision (8 months from now..)

Saachi, your employer is not using H1B visa correctly; you cannot be in H1B without receiving pay stubs; a genuine employee-employer relationship is missing;
I suggest that you sue your employer/consultant - whatever you call that fraudster; you may have to go back, but you will earn some green
