I am filling up forms for application to CIC through MPNP (received confirmation certificate this March 2016).
Need advise on how to fill up IMM5406-Additional Family Information. I filled up the name of my parents (father and mother. I am single and have no children as dependent).
Then I refer to the checklist (item #16),saying about Photo requirements that instructs:
Include two (2) photos for each member of your family,whether accompanying or not, and yourself...Include two (2) photos for each member of your family,whether accompanying or not, and yourself...On the back of one(1) of the photographs,write the name and date of birth of the person who appears in the photo...
My question is these:
1. Do I need to include 2 photos as well for each member of my family that is mentioned in the Additional Family information form (E.g. Mother/Father, Siblings,etc), aside from myself?
