DEAR, EXPERTS

I AM NEW TO THIS FORUM AND I HAVE APPLIED MY STUDENT VISA ON 25TH JUNE 2010 AND I HAVE INTERVIEW CALL ON 29TH JULY 2010 AT DELHI AND I AM BASICALLY FROM AHMEDABAD SO I HAVE APPLIED IN DELHI VFS.

I GOT 6.5 BANDS AND APPLIED FOR PG DIP. IN FINANCIAL PLANNING IN HUMBER COLLEGE (1YEAR COURSE) AND TO MY SURPRISED I GOT INTERVIEW THEY MAINLY ASKED FOR MY PARENTS STATEMENT OF LAST 6 MONTHS.

I HAVE TAKEN EDUCATION LOAN OF RS. 8,50,000 ON MORTGAGE AND PAID MY FEES FROM MY REAL MATERNAL UNCLE FROM USA FOR 1ST SEMESTER SO IS IT THE REASON FOR CALLING ME ON INTERVIEW? MY PARENTS JUST HAVE NOMINAL BALANCE IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNT BUT THEY BOTH ARE PAYING INCOME TAX OF TOTAL RS. 3,59,000/-.

PLEASE HELP URGENT.................

I am also from ahmedabad...and going to humber for PG dip course in Enterprise soft devlpmnt...i have applied for visa on 8th june to ahmedabad VFS and my file has also been submitted to CHC new delhi...stil i havent received any response frm CHC it is showing under process...i have also done my medicals in advance...can u please tell me that did u submitted u r medicals in advance and have u used a consultant....hey hope both of us get our visa...and add my on yahoo...and you can go to following link for visa interview questionnaire..like wat kind of questions they ask in interview and what should be the ideal answer for that... i think this might help you..my id is passionate_scorpion4 @ yahoo.com..we will be in touch

you should have to contact them on the phone as i had do the same thing and to be my surprised my courier was dispatched at the same day with interview call so just contact them yes i have applied through consultant GEPSI but i havent told them that i had call at Delhi........so just call them and ask abt yr status...best of luck!!!!!!!!!1

I hav paid fess upto 8200CAD

and i hav taken a loan of 5lakhs ....

My application is still under Process so i am dam worried about the same .. whn will i get a status updated and i hav to still undergo medicals

i also have to undergo medicals yet,
i have applied my file on 21st june 2010 and still my file is under processing.
so don't worry dear,
lot of students r going in this session, that's why embassy taking a time of 30-40 days for processing,
but in some cases they r giving visa to students in 6-10 working days,
but if embassy taking a time in our file's processing , that doesn't mean that there is a problem in our documentation.
so be cool dude,
u will get visa definitely if u r doing all the things according with the rules.

Be confident,

Make sure you have submitted a letter from your Uncle that he has paid your Tuition.
Since your parents are paying a huge amount to Income Taxes.

I am sure you must have submitted there credential too.

Well, you must reach before Visa Officer with sound home work.

go through all financial docs you had submitted and the source of incomes etc.

they just need to make sure either the docs you have submitted are legit.

so be confident and go ahead.

thanks for your reply and i wanted to tell u that i submitted my college fee receipt and not submitted receipt from my uncle............but i have his receipt so is that creat any problem?

the reason is that i thought that college receipt is more valid than my uncle else i have all proof that he is my real matternal uncle.
