apply TRV in US(outside of Canada) with a valid post-graduate workpermit

Hi,

I am currently in US, and my visa has expired. I want to renew it before i get back to Canada so that i can go other country after finishing my visit of US.

However, every time I try the self evaluation tool, it will say i need to apply a post-graduate work permit first, but in fact i already have it.

Can anyone advice me how should I apply a TRV with a PGWP when i am outside of Canada?

1. You apply for a straight forward TRV at either LA or New York. If you require bio metrics, you must apply through the VAC. http://can-am.gc.ca/visas/apply-how_la_demande-comment.aspx?lang=eng
