Apply spouse Sponsor after loosing my Immigration.

Can Any one have success in the similar case....


We got the immigration in 2003 and landed there but due to not getting good job I have backed KSA at my previous JOB now my family living there with our 4 kids and my Card expired & not renewed due to residency obligation.
Can I apply as spouse sponsor with any lawyer or directly?

I don't think I can answer this, but for the benefit of someone who can, you don't give enough information. What is your citizenship and the citizenship of your spouse? Are either of you citizens or currently permanent residents of Canada?

My wife has applied for citizenship in sep 09 and recieved Books for preperation of Test.

80% of spousal sponsor cases are finished in 9 to 18 months at Abu Dhabi. I think this is the closest office for you. See http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/05-fc-spouses.asp#africa for current wait times.

How can I get the Police certificate, As I am living in KSA need a letter from Abu Dabai,
I have sent mail to get a letter and still waiting...... for applying the Police certificate.
Is there any fast way........
