I want to ask today a couple of things. My girlfriend was accepted at the university of calgary for a full year English program, she needs that before pursuing a post degree education program. We want to know, what is the best way to apply, using the Taipei office that will relay to Hong Kong or using MyCIC account?
I'm asking this because when we check the requirements for MyCIC against the VFS office, the size of requirements at the visa office are quite big. Instead at MyCIC just the application form, proof of funds, passport, photo, and letter of acceptance. No Medical Exam!!!
Anyone can tell me why is this?
