I am a Canadian and living outside Canada with my family (non-canadian), I would like to know that whether it will be better for us to apply PR using "Sponsorshi: or other methods. As my husband have also studied in Canada for several years and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, we are thinking whether we should apply as an "Experience Class" or "Skilled Workers and Professional - under 7215 Contractors and Supervisors, Carpentry Trades"

What is your suggestion?

Pre-Assessed..
Canadian Experience class is very fast, you can see at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/07-cec.asp that they are taking 5-6 month to process. However, he would not be eligible for it unless he did at least 2 years studies and worked for a year and it is less than a year since he left his job in Canada. You can see the skilled worker timelines at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/02b-skilled-fed.asp and spousal sponsorship timelines at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/05-fc-spouses.asp but you need to add 6 weeks to the spouse timeline for Mississauga. It's basically up to you. For skilled worker and CEC he would need IELTS.
