Any reason why your application is taking time? You can apply for a TRV instead of a SOWP

We're not sure about TRV or Visitor visa I'm thinking both are same. As I don't work, I don't have an extensive travel history nor do I have any property under my name. We could show bank bal. My hubby has NOC A job there.

Nothing wrong. You might get a decision soon

Hi Bryanna,

Can we submit the same copies we submitted for PR application? We are thinking to submit my husband's employment letter and my Upfront medical exam report for SOWP application. Although the letter is from May 2018 he still works for the same company same role. Or do we need to request for a new employment letter ?

It's advisable to submit a current date/recent employment letter (stating his job description as NOC A) + three recent payslips + his recent bank statement + evidence of your ties your home country

Thank you Bryanna will advise him accordingly, also I'm trying to check processing time for SOWP. In the link below I get three options for Temporary Residence: Work permit, Work permit extension (new employer), Work permit extension (same employer). Which option should I be choosing ?
