My mother is US Green Card Holder. She already visited Canada from USA couple of time. But now, I want to apply for her multiple entry visa by which she can stay more than 6 month at a time with us. I am currently applying for PR with my family. While I am applying for her through online for visit visa it shows that she is eligible for Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). What should I do now?

Your mother must apply for an eTA. She cannot apply for a multiple-entry visa (TRV). In fact, there's no visa (considering your current immigration status) that would allow your mother to stay for more than 6 months on initial entry.

How long she is allowed to remain in Canada would depend on the immigration officer she meets at the POE. She can then apply to extend her stay/visitor status if she wishes to stay longer.

After you have landed as a PR and you meet LICO, you can apply for a super visa for your mother from her home country/outside Canada
