I have submitted application for TRV on November to catch my classes on January, I do have valid study permit which expire Mar 31st 2016
Now it has been more than 70 days with no respond from VO about my TRV application, I would like to apply for study permit application
What is my option ? I apply through VFS and the VO has my passport, will VFS accept study permit application without my passport ?
do I have to give biometric again ( I am from a country where biometric is require )
Can I apply online ?
I need a good answer not guesses, I have emailed the VO on Sunday and they didn't replay to me about what should I do
I have missed January and do not want to miss May classes, I am fourth year student and this has been an overwhelming for me and my family
