dec 1 is considered to be a safe last date for applying but u can apply upto 4or 5 dec ( acc. to last year posts in this forum). For medical appointment I went to Dr. XYZ's clinic ( ludhiana)without an appointment and the receptionist said she cant find my name in the list so i convinced her that i called for an appointment may be she forgot to write my name in the listangelaman said:

The date on which you did your medical, at least a week after that you should file your case.
Yeah you can submit your file till 10th December. after this it may become risky shot due to the rush.
