applied to citizenship and canada before

Hi,

i have submitted my information to some immigration consultant under some offer and he created a EE profile for me .Though i never paid him anything he later removed my profile from the pool .I dont know any details about the profile but now i want to apply by my own .
What should i write in "applied to citizenship and canada before" though i am not sure that any of the info provided by the consultant was true or not and i dont have any UCI with me

P.S Profile was submitted with my name and PP number

Creating an express entry profile does not count as an application. Choose "no", unless you have applied for other visas before (e.g. visitor visa).
