Applied PGWP and Extending Spouse Open Work Permit

So Finally, We have applied for the PGWP after completing the Master's. My question is how early we can start working after applying pgwp? I have check from multiple links that we have to wait for the Authorization letter from the IRCC to start working. I am really confused when we can start working as I have to resume my job. Thanks.

You can start working now. No need to wait for AOR from PGWP application.
