Applied online, got AOR, tracker shows application filed, but ecas is not accessible, is that normal ?

I applied online (Montreal, QC) on Aug 31, got AOR by email Oct 10, I created tracker account which now shows LPP and background as in progress (last update Oct 12), no invitation for test yet.

Got email inviting me to "Follow the progress of your citizenship grant application with the Citizenship Application Tracker" on oct 19

But ecas is not accessible ( https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do )

Is that normal?

ECAS is for paper application, you will need to track here https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login

Thanks for clarifying ecas is only for paper applications.
