Applied my case 14 years back

Hi,
Can any one suggest me tht I applied for Canadian immigration almost 14 years back and i also got i interview 2 times but i could not attend that because the countries where i had to go for interview did not gave me visa. After that i got dishearted and i never contact CIS again. My real brother is also canadian citizen. Can somebody tell me that still i can immigrate to canada. If so wht will be the process.

Sure - you can still apply to immigrate to Canada. Your old file has been closed so you will have to apply again from the beginning (if you still qualify). To determine if you qualify to apply now, you can read through the various immigration programs available here:
