Applied my 2nd Study per. on 20 May-Egypt-I didn't hear anything-plz help urgent

Hi friends, I would like to ask you for your generous comments and help:

I applied my 1st study permit application (paper) on April, 18th then it was refused on May,2nd because of insufficient funds and lack of assets in my home country. So, I had to consut and prepare a second application with more support documents.

I applied the 2nd one (paper) on May, 15th but I haven't heard anything yet. This is the end of the 10th week. I sent them an e-mail to the embassy on June,16 saying that my application is for Sept. 2016 Intake and I need time to arrange for my travel and their reply was ( your application is under processing , you will hear about the decision in due course).

I contacted vfs on July, 15th and they informed me that they cannot do anything and I should be patient. I also linked my paper application online but there is anything new. The poroblem is that I worried about the decision, there is no time to apply again before Sept. 2016 .... Please help. what I can do ? what is the chances for the approval for the 2nd time with this long wait ? (the processing times on the CIC website is gone form 2 to 6 weeks) ???

Thanks Badi for your reply. Which is better or faster this case specific inquriy or sending e-mail to the embassy visa section again ?
Another question if it will be a case specific enquiry, what is the type of enquiry should I choose ( Emergency situation or verification of status, amendements of documents)

If you raise a specific-case enquiry, you may only receive an answer saying whether your application is in process or not... Nothing more. I recommend that you keep contacting your embassy directly since your application is paper-based. But if you wanna give it a try... Choose "Temporary Resident Visa" then it will open another cursor, choose "Student Permit".

If you raise a specific-case enquiry, you may only receive an answer saying whether your application is in process or not... Nothing more. I recommend that you keep contacting your embassy directly since your application is paper-based. But if you wanna give it a try... Choose "Temporary Resident Visa" then it will open another cursor, choose "Student Permit".

Thanks brother, you have been useful. I will choose your right recommendation and will contact the embassy. I sent them an e-mail on June, can I send another e-mail or it may affect on the decision and the application may be rushed ??

My application was submitted on May 12, very close to your date of submission and still no update. All my emails and inquiries have not been answered with a clear, detailed, or personalized reply. So I decided not to send anymore... They're useless and frustrating especially when you do not receive a reply. I am just gonna wait with the hope that I hear from them soon (God's willing).

I applied online from Beirut. But my application has been processed in a hub station, rather than my home country.
