I have applied from Dubai at March 2007 and received my file number at Aug 2007. I have applied through an immigration office in Dubai. I am Sudanese but I lived in America about 7 years altogether. I have been in Dubai since 2000.
My immigration office tells me that response should come either May or June. I am wondering what is the liklihood of that. I have not sent any medical or police record, just applied and gave documents about work and education and personal documentation like birth certificate and passport copy etc.
What your take on this?
I am a marketing MBA. What is the usual procedure from here? My online status says "in process". If there is a response what are the options? Do they answer by Accepted or refused or do they just ask for more information? I have not received any response from them since Aug 2007. My office says everything is fine and they expect me to get. Oh well.
