I have applied under federal skilled worker program under noc 1111 , file received on 18 july but haven't got any intimation regarding my case till now . What does it means and from were it can be enquired about current status of my application

CC charged: 4 NOV
PER : no email til now
I've been waiting for ages... I wonder what happened to my application? huhuhu...
But I have read in the forum that if some July applicants have not received their PER as well
