Okay, maybe I'm worrying, but our application for permanent residence was received in Sydney on January 19th and forwarded to Buffalo on March 21st, but we haven't heard anything since. When I log in to check our status, it just reads that the visa office in Sydney has received it and sent us a letter on March 21st. My husband already has a job in Canada, and we already live here, so I'm wondering if this is normal for processing times? How are the rest of you doing? Should I write, or call to check on our status?

Thank you,
Ceallaigh

Thank you so much! Now, is the AOR the letter that comes from Sydney telling you your file is being transferred, or is that something else? I want to do what you're doing, and add my status to my name on the forum. That's really helpful.

Cheers,

Yes the AOR is the letter from CIO where it states you are elegible. To add your information click on the top right where it says profile.

Thought I'd revive this thread and see how Buffalo people were doing. We still haven't heard anything, and our file went from Sydney to Buffalo in March. How about you folks? How are you faring?
