Applied from Turkey waiting 33 days till now

Hello,
I need help from you please. I have applied for a visitor visa in Turkey on paper at VFS global and I linked to my CIC account and shows under processing. It takes till today 33 days since applying.
Is that late normal? Is it because I have applied in country which I am not citizen of?

Processing times varies depending on the specifications of the application.

Yes, it is possible that processing is taking longer in your case because you have applied from a country where you are not a citizen

1. Processing time is not any indication of an approval or a refusal.

2. No, it won't help to apply from another country before you get a decision for your current application. IRCC will not consider the new application.

3. You can send a web form. But, before you do that, do see the background checks status for your application

Do that checks showing step by step if every one has finished?
I mean Is every check once completed show that have done?
Because it's been showing the same thing since I applied.

It will show the same status for Background Checks until all levels of checks have been completed
