Applied for TRV on march 25 after receiving PGWP, anybody got it approved?

I had applied for TRV while staying within Canada on march 25th after receiving PGWP; a) can I travel outside Canada and enter later with PGWP only?
b) can I get on TRV processed and stamped the passport from Canada visa offices in other countries?
c)Has anyone got their TRV approved i.e ones applied during march end

Yes you can travel outside Canada but you WONT get allow since you don’t have a valid TRV. In order to enter Canada, you need a valid TRV.
Yes you can get a TRV in any country since you have a valid PGWP

Thank you, can I process the ongoing TRV that was applied while I was in Canada, i.e get the visa stamped on my passport from Canadian embassy /offices outside Canada? Or should I apply whole together a new TRV

Hey Guys i have applied for my TRV application on April 16 . I got my correspondence letter on May 7 and On May 13 i just got this information letter from ircc saying
“Thank you for contacting our office. Please note that your request is currently under review and there is no further action required at this time.
Unfortunately, nothing can be done to expedite your application, and there is no guarantee of how long itwill take to finalize your application.
Thank you for the interest you have shown in Canada.” Does anyone else ever got this information letter in the gckey from ircc ? I don’t know what does it means and how long would it take from here on to get the PPR approved . I have to travel to india urgently due to medical reasons can anyone help please what does this letter means?
