My bother applied for SOWP 2 months ago here in canada, he is on visitor visa and his 6 months are going to be this month in canada,
Can he apply for visitor visa extension ? So he can stay for another month to wait for his SOWP application?
His representative told him he applies for extension then CIC can cancel his SOWP application
