Applied for PR-Card Renewal online but can't seem to link it to the IRCC portal.

I apply for my PR Card online over two months ago, however I was told I could try connecting my application status on the IRCC portal. After inserting all my information it said it could not find any applications.

Can someone help me? Do I just send a paper copy instead?
