Applied for a study permit visa from Beirut

Hello Everybody,

I have applied to a study permit visa online from Beirut. My application was submitted online on November 7, 2013. The average processing time at Beirut visa office is 7 weeks. I uploaded all the required documents online. I have not gotten any response from them yet. They did not even ask me to give them biometric information (fingerprints - photos). Please help if anyone has the experience of applying online from Lebanon.
