With spouse non accompanying im getting more CRS points. If I create EE profile as non accompanying, after getting PR can I apply for Spouse sponsorship in Canada??

What do you mean by more points?... Are you below 445 with accompanying spouse?

Is there anyway you can increase your score for spouse accompanying?
You're exposing yourself to some unnecessary scrutiny. When you tick "NO" in the box to the question "Is spouse accompanying you", next question you'll get is "Why?". And you'll have to answer that truthfully, and give a convincing reason as to why your own wife won't be coming with you.
Visa officers are aware of this "trick", and will need to be satisfied of your response through all your application.

Submit your profile, and enter the pool with 440. In the meantime, explore different ways to increase your score.

-Did you do your best in your languages tests? Maybe you can retake the exam. Aim high. Aim for CLB9 or above in all sections.
-Have you checked if you're eligible for the various PNP streams?
-Has your spouse taken language tests and done ECA?
-Have you already reached 3 years of work experience? You can reach the maximum points at 3 years of XP.

I would say don't exclude spouse in your application. You're exposing yourself to some risks.

Some people don't include spouse because they have legitimate reason, like being in the process of a divorce. In your case, you just want to squeeze in more points.

You can, but as @Peacekeeper87 says, you need to give a good reason why your spouse and child aren't accompanying you.

In addition to that, please be aware that sponsoring them after you activate your PR is a very lengthy process within which your spouse will not be able to enter Canada.

Make a wise decision. If you can increase your score by 2-3 points, you'll stand a very good chance of getting ITA with spouse. You'll not face any hassles later on.

Having spouse not accompany you so you get more points is done pretty often and will not subject you to tons of extra scrutiny. Be honest about why you applied his way if someone asks. They already know why. You will have to be prepared to be separated for approximately a year.

Think of it this way:
When applying for visitor visa, your spouse will have to overcome the assumption of the visa officer that spouse is not going to Canada to settle indefinitely, and that spouse has strong ties to home country.
During this time, not only will you be in Canada at the time of Canada visitor visa application, but also have a sponsorship application in progress for your spouse.
That will raise an immediate and absolute flag to visa officer, that spouse has no intention to come back to home country, or not enough strong ties to home country.
It's a definite No-Go. No amount of affidavits will convince visa officer otherwise.
It's huge gamble you're taking. Not even mentioning you'll be separated through the whole sponsorship process, which has not guarantee of working.
