Applied an study permit and got a medical request.

Hi there,

I submitted my visa application for study permit intake 01/2020 on Dec 06, 2020. I just got a letter staying that I need to submit a medical exam. I did the medical exam but I just wondered is this a good sign that I can grant a visa

I applied under regular stream not SDS.
