Nothing today.
I am pessimist 100% about Buffalo in 2011.They did 11.000 FSW applications last year and now going to issue only 7000. :'(
 
really only 7000...? what? so we are very tight right now from where did you get that news ??tHanks pls. share...Godbless to all Buffalo applicants..

more that 5 months after full docs.submitted still waiting for the 2nd AOR... God help us...
 
fsw2 doesnt fall within quota.. hopefully they process our fsw2 cases properly as and when bfd dates pop up ..
 
Yup, I had read about that...FSW2 does not need to worry about the quota..the thing is..and the question why applicants from canada still waitin for so lon even you had Arranged employment??? huh...hope buffalo realized that we are already here and we adopted the work place and so many advantage from applicants here..so no reasons for making desicions so long...That is only my opinion. i noticed applying from FSw from backhome are faster..compared here when you are in Canada. Hope everything will be fine for all of us...cheers..God bless us all!!!
 
yeah, i share the sentiment.. its doesnt make sense.. u would think with us adjusted and paying taxes and already thriving here.. they would fast track or at least process our applications in a reasonable timeline.. but no! they choose to procrastinate.. its a really frustrating wait ... and soo much about our lives is on hold till we get our papers....

I will qualify in September, but I hope to receive medical request till then.
 
I qualify and is thinking to apply under CEC.
But there are few things needed to sort out before like IELTS requirement....I did recently accademic module with 7 overall score but 6.5 in speaking and 6 in writing.No idea if that fullfills the requiremnt.Any suggestions/idea.
My lawer has sent the fax to buffalo office 2 days back,will wait for reply as well,though chances are they will send same standard reply.

Buffalo refused my CEC appplication beacose of my IELTS score.My score was only 5 but they are asking for my NOC overall 7 score.
They send me refuse letter one month ago.

Please check everything for your NOC before you decide to apply.If you have all necessary terms CEC is the best and fastest way for immigrate to Canada.
