Applications form filed through NS ( CIO ) --> Buffalo (Filed from CANADA)

Hi,

There is smthng going on different with me here.I dnt know if any1 else is in same pipe line.
I am on work permit visa.Application submitted with documents in Nov 2008 to Buffalo and recieved acknowledgement in April 2009 with a numberr starting from B.
Then i was asked in in August to update any change.
In March 2010 i recieved a letter from Sydney intake office to send the documents to Buffalo.
All the documents sent to Buffalo in May 2010.
When i check online for the status,it just says DECISSION MADE ( We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
And since then i didnt hear anything from Buffalo and i even have no idea if my application is in Buffalo as online status doesnt tell anything.

My assumption is that my application keep in revolving ,first in the buffalo office as at that time in nov 2008 u used to send the documents directly to visa office and later on new scheme introduced in April 2010 so may be my file transfered there and again recieved letter from Sydney to send documents to Buffalo.So here i am with a lot of anxiety.

Any comments plz suggest.

You should REALLY contact them about it..
it could be one of those cases where your stuff gets lots on mail

I just received an answer from them right now telling me that they did the check and sent it to Buffalo with in one week from my fingerprints transefer to them. here you can find their answer:

I got the reply too from them after 1 month. They said they have sent report to buffalo office on Oct15.

but my status is still RBVO. whats urs

It is in process since August 10, 2010.
Hopefully we get our medical request soon.

Hi everyone,

I submitted my full docs. in bufallo last Nov. 8 and received on Nov. 09. hopefully buffalo office will be a little bit faster. Pls. let me know if there is anyone one from calgary. I applied FSW 2 category. Good luck to all.

hi, guys, I asked my Agent to send an email to Buffalo office to check my Status, and the following is the reply:

Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete.

But I check my E-cas status is still "received by visa office", are there any one has the same situation? Does it mean My application now is "In Process" and I am waiting for the Medical now?

Hi Guys,

So it is still in process

My e-cas status is as follows...IN PROCESS

We received your application for permanent residence on February 28, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 24, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.


We transferred your application to the Buffalo office on April 18, 2010. The Buffalo office may contact you.

Recieved 2nd AOR in nov dated october 24.

Any idea how much waiting time is more for medical :)) And by the way some of us have acknowledgement letter in may though file was transfered in same timeline of April as mine one.So if the processing depends upon 2nd AOR or file transfer date.
