Hi guys,
I have no updates but i have a question!!
TheBuffalo office asked me to send them a finger prints and I did at the local RCMP service and they sent it by e mail to the main RCMP office at Ottowa or Ontario (I am not sure). Anyway my question is I did not recieved any feed back from either the RCMP nor Buffalo office so I do not know what was happened. For sure I have no criminal record in Canada or anywhere else in the world. What do you suggest me to do?

no updates from my side, still waiting for AOR from Buffalo. I know though that a couple of applicants received AORs last week. Their applications were received May14-17, so I'm expecting my AOR in the next 10 days.

Hi Camimo,
I think it may take at least 5 month or more if your application is complete and there is nothing wrong with it.

I received my 2nd AOR in Oct13, mu full documents were submitted in Buffalo on May24th

Contact the RCMP at the following email, and they will respond back the next day to tell you whether they sent the results to Buffalo or not yet:

Recently i received the same email from buffalo office for RCMP fingerprint. I did my digital fingerprint to RCMP on same day. I have sent 3 email to civilnps @ rcmp-grc.gc.ca but i did not receive a single reply from them. its almost 2 weeks now but there is no status update on ecas.

any comments or suggestion/idea whats going on.

I want to tell you that the RCMP website says if there is no criminal record the processing times may be 3 days to one week and they will not come back for the applicant because they will sent the results directly to the visa office. This was ensured for me by the person who toke my finger prints and added that they come back for you only if you have any problem in your check.
Anyway I sent an email to them today as advised by professional and I hope I can hear from them soon. Anyway I will update you if there is any news. What is your e-case says? is it In process or what?

I was asked by Buffalo for the same, back On April 2010, and i proceeded to the digital one, and sent an email to the RCMP one week later, and they responded the day after saying:


"Your results were sent to the Buffalo visa office by mail on the same day the fingerprint were digitally received by our office." I know it differs from case to case, but i am sure that your results have been already sent to Buffalo.
