I havent sent my PCC to CIO with initial appication. I am in the process of arranging them. Can i just them to Buffalo VO once i get them even though they havent asked for it.

Thanks.

Your welcome leodr

If I were you, I will submit the PCC before they will ask for it to save you from another BF'D coz for sure they will ask for it sooner or later so you better hurry up and get it done as soon as you can! ;)

Good luck! :D

Hello Everybody,

Any updates from Buffalo VO...

It seems like totally dead VO.

Please keep updating if you come across any important info.

Good Luck to everyone waiting for MR or PPR from Buffalo.

Hi jamesbond, what if a nonimmigrant US who on H-1 with expired visa but valid I-797 and I-94 goes to Mexico for a week? Will he need to go to US embassy in Mexico for visa stamping or he can re-enter US without any problem ?

He could use AVR to go to Canada or Mexico and does not require a valid H1 visa. As long as the I-797 is current, has an I-94 and has been in status. You can get more information on AVR Automatic Visa Revalidation. Just make sure you do not give them the I-94 when leaving US.

Yeah...seriously >:(. At least yours is "In Process". I got my second AOR on Oct. 27th 2010 and no news since then. Even that second AOR took some 5 months to come. I know other people like us who are complaining about the delay.

Hi friends,

Today our status changed to in-process with same RBVO details inside around 10.50am (IST).address disappeared :)

Best wishes to all

Hello all,

Does "In process" mean I have crossed the initial assessment and secured 67 points to move further??

Seniors, Please advise.
