its been 2 month my medical reached to owatta since then no update.i did send them email 3 weeks back no reply.....

As per my information, they usually ask for additional medical test within 5 weeks, if required. Otherwise you can expect Passport request in coming weeks. It usually takes 2-3 months after medicals. We can anticipate some delays since the Buffalo VO stopped looking at PR application and all the cases have been transferred to Case Processing Pilot: Ottawa, Ontario, but I am not quite sure if our cases have been transferred too. These might cause some delays.
I think your are in pretty good position to expect PPR soon. GOOD LUCK !!
