My Application rejected due to insufficient funds
In the documents sent after medicals I have mistakenly duplicated the same statement and sent.
I am trying send the documents which are CD statements for reconsideration. as in the refusal they mention that the duplicate statement is submitted,I have written stating the mistake and sent the documents showing the proof of funds for the same Emailed and also faxed the documents will there be a chance that they will reconsider the status.
Seniors please advice.

Did they request for POF along with medicals and you sent them the copy of same old statement instead of an updated one?

Hi yogireddy,

This is what Qorax opined.

He might send-in a 'mercy plea' enclosing the updated bank statements... however, the outcome of it'd entirely remain @ the VO's hands. Even if something positive comes-up -- he's looking @ 4-6 months delay.

You should concern Good lawyer for canada immi. hw can give best advise you , he can write much better to VO than us.
i think VO will listen to you, but may be dellayed. no worry keep hope. u have nt act wrongfully.
