Applications filed through NS --> Buffalo (Filed from USA)

Hi All,

Need help, didn't send the information of height and eye along with passport , Just sent the passport return envelope and the photos, Can anybody let me know how i can send that information. Do i need to mail the information i mean physical mail, or is there any email address to which i can send the information or any contact phone number. Please advice what to do. They have received my passport on monday 25 th OCT.

Hi Sazid,

Did they ask for height and the eye color, it's so weird to me. If I were and your situation and remembered correctly, they would be able to pull those information from the copy of my driver license submitted in the very first package.

sazid, Don't worry. They will be able to pull that information from your Application form or if it is mentioned in your passport. Trust me. They can do even if you don't send photographs to them. There was 1 person with me in Buffalo for the PR stamping who forgot to bring in photos. He was told that they will pull one from the original application form. It just took an extra 30 minutes for him to get the PR visa stamped. I gave 3 photos as asked for and was returned 2 photos. At the window, the lady didn't even ask for the eye colour and height information, although I had post-its with that info. They didn't even ask for the Authority letter for my wife as she was not accompanying me. Trust me and chill. You will get everything alright.

Yeap garian4u, I just pull up my application, and I did provide all those info .
Sazid, don't worry, you'll be fine. The worst case is that they send back your PP and request for resubmission ).

I'm going in person to Buffalo. good info from garian4u about pictures. I've my pictures with a broad smile. my family members pics are with smiling. As minor as it may sound, can they reject it? Too late for me to retake the pics but any advice please let me know

wsj78, there is a chance as they specifically mention a neutral expression, but I think they are tolerant till the teeth aren't showing. But, again it can be their discretion. You can try getting yourself photographed at Buffalo somewhere and then go in for the stamping.

I gave 3 photos as asked for and was returned 2 photos.

They did the same exactly whith my cousin, he gave them 3 photos of me as required in the PPR letter, and they returned back 2 of them. Regarding the eye color, height...etc it was written already on the back of envelop containing my pictures.

There will be no way to find out contacting Ottawa directly because they are uncooperative, if the DMP sent it via courier, you can get the tracking number of the shipment from him, and track it online.

There will be no way to find out contacting Ottawa directly because they are uncooperative, if the DMP sent it via courier, you can get the tracking number of the shipment from him, and track it online.

He says,they sent all the files in a group of 20 ppl and refuses to give me any tracking number....
so any other way ??
