Hi torontonian2010,

Advise him to do the digital PCMP fingerprint it is faster than the traditional paper ink one, in my case i proceeded to the fingerprint on April 6 upon request from Buffalo by email( same day). It was done and sent electronically to the RCMP, then the RCMP processed it only in one day, April 7 and sent the results to Buffalo same day by mail (April 7). I got this information because i sent an email to the RCMP after one week, and they replied back immediately to my email the day after, saying that they processed the fingerprint electronically and sent the results to Buffalo by mail on April 7.

Did you get any update from Buffalo office? Your timeline is similar to mine. Did you get any answer of your email from buffalo? I am wondering whether I should send an inquiry email to find out if they need anything else from me. Because I got medical and additional document request from Buffalo. I have already done medical on 25th May, 2010 and I sent the additional documents on 2nd June, 2010.

It's not mandatory to mail ur passport n i assume it wud be same for all the consulates...

even in my ecase its not showing medical recieved , i did on 25may2010 ,so we all r having same time line ,plz pray for us guys .

In my case, it is not only about the medicals not showing in the e-case, also, the CIC call center is still saying that my file in their system is not showing any medicals received and processed by Ottawa. It is been 6 weeks exactly since Ottawa received my medicals on May 25 as per the tracking number given to me by the DMP, and still not showing on my file.


I called canada post as well and checked with them whether the delivery notification was exactly for the CIC Ottawa address, as written in the letter sent to me by Buffalo, and they said yes, this shipment was delivered exactly to that address.


I called the DMP yesterday to make sure that the tracking number is accurate, and he checked and said yes, and he cannot do anything more. I emailed Buffalo as well more than 2 weeks ago to inquire about the status of my application, and they have not responded at all neither positivly nor negatively. Just i will have to wait until i get any kind of response from them if they are willing to do so.
