western countries do not favor whites. majority of immigrants to US and Canada come from Asia, South America and Eastern Europe. eastern Europeans are white but they are not favored. I would know that.

Look at our thread, most of the visas are being issued to Asian nationals. if I'm not mistaken first visa London issued was to a Pakistani national.

I agree, no race is immune from criminality. if Chicago (where I live) has its prisons filled with African-Americans and Latinos I would say it's only because they commit most of the crimes and not because our white mayor wants that. I believe it's possible in some areas but it is not a rule.

again, come to US, live here for few years and then preach me about it. a vacation spent here or a bunch online numbers give you zip.

it all depends on you, your work ethic, your ability to integrate, compromise and sacrifice.

A while ago, we had a discussion like this about the opportunities available in Canada for whites and other minorities.

Wayne, who is as white as you, contributed constructively and even accepted that the advantages may be skewed towards whites.

He did not take offence and clearly did not see the discussion as racist.

If you see it that way, then it is unfortunate.

Yes there are Visa Office quotas unfortunately.

I believe they simply spread the issuance of visas through the year.

Visa office quotas run January 1st to Dec 31st.

However, the quotas are based on what the visa office is staffed/resourced to handle - so running out of visas within the quota much before the end of the year is rare, and I would be very surprised if any visa office has met its 2011 FSW quota yet.

But yes I imagine they do counts throughout the year and if they do find themselves "ahead" they can take a break from FSW for a bit to focus on other routes.
