Hi seniors

Please Guide me

I am FSW2 applicant (with AEO) of may 2011 from Buffalo visa office. My E-case status is RBVO since mid june.

My job offer is for an Accountant(NOC #1111) which is no longer in present NOC list.

for FSW2 application, is it matter to processing application not being in NOC list?

Thanks

Thanks, Anil.

I have sent file to cic (NOC 1233)
On 20th may 2011.
Received on 26th may.
Letter issued on 21st July
File transferred on 19th August.(I have received letter for same from new Delhi office.)
My ecas status shows RBVO.
Now what will be the next step? Do they call?
What was your process? Do you have received any call?
Please share your experience.

Hi Khan 786,

Have you made a CSE with NDVO? Better do it quickly, coz there are many incidences of files and important documents being misplaced in NDVO. There are many examples in our forum itself. I will be making a CSE around in mid- September by that time I will be touching the 6 months time frame. Your profile shows you have been in RBVO for more than 6 months. You have now the full right to enquire as to whats going on with your file.

9ja people! Boko Haram na wa o!

Wat a gwan?

Sorry guys for my pidgin english. The UN building in Nigeria has just been bombed by terrorists!

Countries in Africa have become easy targets for revenge attacks because of the UN backed invasion of Libya!

Na so we see am o!
It's really sickening, I tell you.
I may have been very far from the scene of the explosion, but the ramifications of the atrocity was no less impacting.
Funny, I thought there would be lots of comments on it in the forum today, but I guess people get so burrowed in their immigration woes to really care about anything else happening out there.
Pretty revealing!!!

My greetings to you my brother!

Dear fellow forum members,

I had a twist in my application which may slow down my application little bit but for a good reason.

I recently did my medicals but asked a month extension for my spouse since we had a baby boy born after a cesarean section and she is advised not to travel for some days.

When I sent an email to inform that we are expecting a baby and my work permit expires on September 7. they asked me to send my baby's passport and birth certificate within 60 days. In the email that I send I did not say the date that our bay expected. The request from Buffalo VO reached before the day baby was born. After a week itself, I got baby's passport and birth certificate in fast track mode and today I received my baby's medical which I couriered to my home country . My spouse and baby are planning to do their medicals next week. The letter does not say anything about my spouse's medical extension but I assume that they granted an extension.

My file will be little delayed but I am happy.

Congratulation to both parents! To have a baby, it is the most beautiful thing on the world! God bless you!

They have only ever replied to us once. We have not contacted them often - only 3 times.

We did have good reason on each occasion
1) 2 months RBVO and no response
2) Canadian postal strike and delay in receiving documents query, as no post was leaving the UK for Canada but there was no information on the London website
3) change of address sent but new address still not showing on ECAS after several weeks so e-mail to confirm correct address was on file.

They only replied the first time :(.

I see London are moving again in some cases but not others.
Nothing can be done with ours as Police checks are being processed AGAIN and so we need to wait and then send them to London when they are done along with the other updated docs they requested.

I am still rooting for you, Amaar.
Hang in there 8)

Thanks for your reply Helen! :) I hope we get the visa soon! So happy to find such nice people at this forum... Have a great time and best of luck :)

It's just Nigeria.

Who cares?

There is trouble brewing in that country and I hope the greedy and corrupt government will change their ways before the country disintegrates.

Congo, Rwanda, Libya, Cote Divoire, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Somalia etc will be minor compared to what may ensue in Nigeria.

A country with 140 Million people is no joke.

My sister, make we pray o.

Hi everyone!

I have 2 quick questions that I'd appreciate your help with:

1. When I applied for PR in November 2010 I did not include police certs. The visa office are now looking for police certs along with my medical exam and RPRF. I have UK and Irish certs dated 23 November 2010. Are they still valid or should I get new ones?

2. My passport has some slight delamination on the corners of the bio page. Should I get a new one now before PPR just in case? If so, how do I let the visa office know that my passport has been renewed?

Thanks,
Andrew

Dear sonir, hariranjith, sonu_rp, canadestin and samvant,

What is your e-cas status show ?

Address status ?

Because now NDVO is walk up they starting to gives the 2 AOR of some our friends.

So we can expect to our turn for in process.

Any comments ?

Try to read and understand before responding.

I said "who cares" to Spokes observation that the issue wasn't being discussed. Not even your critical self cared to bring it up! If you cared so much why didn't you bring up the topic? All you have added is a critique. You have not even made any comment on the real issue. It seems you are more interested in character assassination. Who is the pathetic one now?

I brought it up because it concerned me personally. I won't go into more details but use a bit of intelligence before jumping into a discussion.
