hi,
please i will need your advice with regards to proof of funds.i just received a mail from cic requesting for proof of funds (bank statements for the last 12 months) in order for them to continue with processing my application.when i sent in my application i did send a bank statement as well as an evaluation of my families building which was under construction and has now been completed.
my confusion right now is whether an updated evaluation of the said property alone will do as most of the funds i had have been put into the completion of the said property and as such my account is not well funded.please,i would like to hear from you all and any one that has been faced with a similar situation.

Hi All. After almost 3 months after receiving our Visas, I will be making my way to Toronto shortly with my wife and son. We are now seated just outside the boarding gate and our flight departs in about an hour. A new beginning awaits us in just about 24 hours. Its a mixed feeling after leaving behind so many good friends and memories, but at the same time there exist a sense of excitement of all the new friends and experiences we will meet/face. However, I am surprised that their numbers are wide apart when they are actually the same building.

If you ever saw it you would see why - it is the same actual building, but the doors face onto different streets (basically CHC London is placed on the corner of Grosvenor Street and Grosvenor Square).

UK post codes tend to be street based, which is why CHC London has 2 different post codes accompanying its 2 different addresses into the same building!

Has anybody sent a cashiers check or money order(instead of a Bank draft) to Buffalo VO?

Can we make a combined check for the PA and spouse for RPRF.. Pls reply

I sent an email to buffalo visa office and this is the reply:

CIC is working to closely manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration levels plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011. Since we have larger inventories than room within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must stagger the review of applications throughout the year.

We do not anticipate that we will begin to process federal skilled worker applications from INSERT MONTH/YR RECEIVED HERE during the current calendar year. If we are able to initiate processing earlier, we will contact you.

In my case it is already more then 64 weeks since I got my 2nd AOR. Now, I just do not know what should I do? Should I go for medical in advance or wait for their call?

It costs 35 ponds to deliver passports and documents from Alexandria to the VO by DHL.
I don't know what will be the circumstances of passports return ,but what I know that we will pay for it .
